MSPrebiotic® Country Herb Dressing with Dill, Parsley, and Oregano

Whip up this delicious dressing for your next get-together!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Garlic Clove (grated)
  • ¼ cup Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano (chopped)
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Shallot (chopped)
  • 1 cup MSPrebiotic®
  • 1 cup Canola Oil
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Takes , serves 16 servings (2 Tbsp).

Instructions

Combine ingredients & chill before serving.

Chef's Notes

  • Don’t rush the emulsion! It takes time to incorporate oil, be sure to go slowly to avoid breaking your your dressing.
  • Break the mold! Feel free to add your favorite herbs instead.
  • Each 30ml portion contains approximately 10g of MSPrebiotic®.
