MSPrebiotic® Avocado Energy Recharger Smoothie

This smoothie is an easy, health drink that is a great boost after exercise.


  • 1 cup Avocado
  • 1 cup Banana
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2½ cup Milk
  • 4 tsp Whey Protein
  • 4 tsp MSPrebiotic®

Takes serves 4 servings (1¼ cup per serving).


  1. Cut avocado into half, discard the seed. Using a spoon, scoop out the avocado and roughly cut it. Peel and slice banana.
  2. Put all ingredient into a blender and blend at least 2-3 minutes.
  3. Once smooth, pour in 4 glasses and serve with a slice of avocado.
