MSPrebiotic® Basic Aioli

MSPrebiotic® Basic Aioli

This is a basic aioli recipe, great served with vegetables or as a spread on bread or crackers!



  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 2 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp White wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Pepper
  • 3½ Tbsp. MSPrebiotic®

Takes , serves 6 servings.


  1. Chop garlic in a food processor until very fine.
  2. Add the egg yolks, white wine vinegar and MSPrebiotic and process until combined well. On low speed, add small droplets of oil into the mixture until it starts to come together. Then begin pouring half of the oil in a very slow stream until the mixture thickens. As the mixture thickens, pour the remaining oil in a faster stream until all the oil is incorporated.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 12 hours before serving. This allows the garlic to blend in the mixture.
