MSPrebiotic® Classic Hummus
- 2 cups Chickpeas, cooked, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Tahini paste
- ½ cup Water
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 4 Tbsp. MSPrebiotic®
Takes , serves 16 - 2 Tbsp. servings.
- Heat a teaspoon of tahini paste on medium heat; add garlic and sauté until golden brown and aromatic.
- Combine all ingredients except paprika in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add more water to smoothen purée.
- Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with paprika and serve.
