MSPrebiotic® Classic Hummus

A traditional hummus recipe that makes a delicious appetizer or spread.



  • 2 cups Chickpeas, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Tahini paste
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 4 Tbsp. MSPrebiotic®

Takes , serves 16 - 2 Tbsp. servings.


  1. Heat a teaspoon of tahini paste on medium heat; add garlic and sauté until golden brown and aromatic.
  2. Combine all ingredients except paprika in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add more water to smoothen purée.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with paprika and serve.
