MSPrebiotic® Green Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

This beautiful breakfast is health and easy to make! Takes only 10 minutes! 

Ingredients

FOR YOGURT BASE
  • 1 Green Apple, chopped
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, 2%
  • 2 tsp White Sugar
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, Ground
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp MSPrebiotic®
FOR GARNISH
  • 1 Green Apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seed
  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seed
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 Banana, Sliced

Takes serves 2 servings (1 cup per serving).

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine diced apple, sliced banana, rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, spinach and MSPrebiotic. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 bowls.
  3. Garnish each bowl with diced apples, banana, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and hemp hearts.
