MSPrebiotic® Lavender Pina Colada

A refreshing drink with a unique twist that adds flavor and fun to a popular classic.


For Lavender Syrup

  • 2 tsp Dried Lavender Flower
  • ¼ cup White Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

For Pina Colada

  • 2 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • 3 tbsp Lavender Syrup
  • ½ cup Water
  • 4 tsp MSPrebiotic®

Takes , serves 4 servings (1¼ cup per serving).


  1. For Lavender Syrup, combine ½ cup water, lavender flowers, sugar, and lemon juice in a small pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Allow to simmer for 30 seconds and remove the pot from the heat.
  3. Let mixture sit until cooled to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
  4. Once cool, pass the syrup through a fine strainer. Store the prepared syrup in the fridge until ready to use.
  5. For Pina Colada:  In a blender combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, ice, lavender syrup, water and MSPrebiotic®.
  6. Blend on high until smooth.  If blending is challenging, add a few table spoons of additional water to assist. Or for a thicker more slushie like drink omit the water entirely.
