MSPrebiotic® Low-fat Ranch Dressing
- ¾ cup Part-skim ricotta cheese
- ½ cup Non-fat yogurt
- ½ cup Buttermilk 1%
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Shallots, minced
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. Celery seed
- 2 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. Chives, chopped
- 5 Tbsp. MSPrebiotic®
Takes , serves 12 - 2 Tbsp. servings.
- In a food processor, add all ingredients except for parsley and chives. Blend ingredients until smooth.
- Mix in parsley and chives and adjust seasoning. Cover and refrigerate immediately.
Add 1 tsp. of chopped fresh chives, 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley and 1 tsp. fresh dill to MSPrebiotic® Low-fat Ranch Dressing and mix.
Spicy Herb Ranch
Add 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives, 1 tsp. of chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tsp. fresh dill, ½ tsp. paprika, ¼ tsp. cumin and a dash of cayenne pepper to MSPrebiotic® Low-fat Ranch Dressing and mix.
Add 2 tbsp. of honey or maple syrup to MSPrebiotic® Low-fat.
