MSPrebiotic® Zucchini Lasagna
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2-3 Zucchini, 18 slices ¼ inch thick
- 1 cup Heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1½ cups Fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. MSPrebiotic®
Takes , serves 6 servings.
- Season cheese with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix in MSPrebiotic® and combine well. Set aside.
- To assemble, place one strip of zucchini on the plate, followed by tomatoes, basil leaves and spread cheese evenly on the top. Repeat two more times.
- Top the last layer with zucchini and sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
