MSPrebiotic® Zucchini Lasagna

A delicious, low-carb lasagna with fresh vegetables is a healthy meal idea.



  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2-3 Zucchini, 18 slices ¼ inch thick
  • 1 cup Heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1½ cups Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. MSPrebiotic®

Takes , serves 6 servings.


  1. Season cheese with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix in MSPrebiotic® and combine well. Set aside.
  2. To assemble, place one strip of zucchini on the plate, followed by tomatoes, basil leaves and spread cheese evenly on the top. Repeat two more times.
  3. Top the last layer with zucchini and sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
