Day 4: Add a full scoop (10 g) to 240 mL (8 oz) of cold water and consume before the product settles.
Days 5-9: Continue taking one scoop (10 g) of MSPrebiotic in 240 mL (8 oz) of cold water.
Days 10+: Maintain 10 g per day or as needed until you reach the desired effects.
